Hello everyone!
I've been happily using "Issue Templates for Jira" for months now, however today 3 of my team members reported being unable to use the "Create from..." function.
When they click the "Create from Template" button in the left-hand menu, they then go to select both an "Issue Type" and "Template" from the respective dropdown menus. Every time they do so it returns a blank value which leaves them unable to advance to the next screen as those two values are required.
I checked my User Permissions in Jira and found nothing amiss between users who can use the addon and those who cannot. I've asked them to clear their caches etc to see what happens in the mean time.
Has anyone else encountered this before?

I apologize for leaving this open, I forgot I had written it.
We discovered that there were some cookies being blocked due to default Chrome settings on the user's computer. The issue is resolved now by allowing all cookies from Jira.
