BitBucket webhook gives 403 alwats

rmananthraj February 20, 2019

I am trying to trigger jenkins build using BitBucket webhook under workflow.

I have copied the API token for the id and mentioned in URL as

https://<USER>:<API-KEY>@<JENKINS_URL>/job/<project_name>/job/<job-name>/build?token=<TOKEN_NAME> .

The same url format triggers build when executed using CURL, but am getting 403 code if accessed through Bitbucket Webhook.

Any suggestion for the issue

Hi Anathraj,

I'd recommend contacting the vendor of the add-on (in this case, Jenkins) for more information and help about this issue.

Hope that helps!

Ana
