Anyone ever get Error 404 when attempting to Import a Workflow?

I'm geting an Error 404 message when I attempt to Import a Workflow bundle (See attached screenshot and txt file with Stack Trace). Anyone experience this? If so, do you know what the cause is and/or how to resolve it?
