1.i want to user Nagios add on in Jira so that alerts (Mails) created by nagios will be automatically created as tickets in Jira.
2.any experience in how to write the rules in Nagios add on so that automation of ticket creation can be done.
(any roadblocks i should face while integratin Nagios addon)
