why is "Team Playbook OKRs" plug in is not supported by Atlassian community

I am trying to use Team Playbook OKRs plug-in for my team. Need to know why this is not supported by atlassian

I don't understand why (a) the playbook is so specific to versions and (b) why it is taking so long to fold it into Confluence Server as a built-in piece as it is with Confluence Cloud.

The silence from Atlassian on this is stunning.

Same here... there are teams requesting this plugin to be enabled in our organisation and we would like to ensure it's supported.
