why does the workload scheme changes when updating the supervisor

When a member changes his supervisor in the user preferences, the workload changes also. Why?

Tempo took charge of the bug and it will be fixed in the next release.

which Atlassian system are you referring to, and what do you mean by "supervisor"?

I'm referring to Tempo and you'll find the field Supervisor in Tools/User Preferences.
