Before “Ultimate Theming (for JIRA Service Desk)”is being enabled, Customer can see all of his requests at Customer Portal when he/she choose “Any request type” in the third filter as seen below.
Problem:
But, when the add-on “Ultimate Theming (for JIRA Service Desk)” is enabled, customer cannot see any requests he/she created while the third filter is selected as “Any request type”.
However, if any service desk Project is selected in this filter, as seen below, requests display.
Please fix this bugs.
