Question on procing for draw.io

if I try to add draw.io in Jira, it says it costs 100 per month.  The website suggests that if I use draw.io in confluence it is only 10 dollars.  Is that per month, per year, etc.  Please explain pricing and can all users that access my website use draw.io.

It is cloud based 10 user with Jira only.  So there is a jira version of draw.io, a confluence version.  Just not sure which I need.

If it's draw.io for JIRA cloud, you need only draw.io for JIRA cloud. The pricing is at https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.mxgraph.confluence.plugins.diagramly/cloud/pricing. In your case it cases $0.5 per month.
