unable to adjust xray setting on a new scrum project

I just created a brand new scrum project for test cases and i am unable to get to xray setting on it. it just says something went wrong and the team have been notified and nothing shows on the page. If i can't try it on test project how am i going to see if it is really worth it. It is very frustrating.
