we are looking to move our whole team to tempo for Time tracking and planning. We have been using it for about two weeks as a test. I've been demoing it to my partners showing them how you add some meetings to teams or Outlook and it automatically shows up. And how it maps the ticket numbers to log time accurately.
The past two days my calendar is no longer sending updates to tempo. The integration is just not updating. I have reset my connection to tempo with my calendar, I have restarted my browser, I have restarted my computer. It is a very useful feature that is no longer functioning.
At the moment the other person testing this feature with me still has a functioning connection. I'm trying to pinpoint when my connection was no longer working. I believe I accepted an updated meeting that had a ticket number in it. After that it seems broken.
Same here! Has this not been addressed yet? Keen to see whether this was resolved for others

Can you please create a ticket for this problem in our Tempo Support portal, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/, so we can better follow up on this?
Information if you are using the basic or enhanced connection, if you are using the Cloud or Hosted version of Office 365 can be helpful.
