need to add a Form to a preestablished Software Project. Work around?

I have a preestablished project with a project type of "software." I need to add a Form for external users to add information for issue creation. From my understanding, Software project types do that support this. Is there a work around?

Hi @Jordon Martig 

You could look to either...

1. Use an issue collector
2. Have a form on a Work Management or Service Management Project, then clone the issue created into your Software Project using Automation; the form could be brought across either as a PDF, or by moving the field data into custom fields and/or the Description field
3. Use an App from the Marketplace

I've seen the second option used successfully a number of times.
