Hello @YashiBisarya

It's Aleksandra from Deviniti - the vendor of the RTM app :)

After reading your post, I understand that you've imported requirements into Jira via standard CSV import, and you'd like to display them in the tree view.

To do this, you'll have to import selected issues to the tree, as explained in this article:

https://deviniti.com/support/addon/cloud/requirements-test-management/latest/faq/#import

Currently, creating requirements using the native Create issue screen, or importing them into the project doesn't make them visible, therefore the above step is needed.

I hope that you will find the guide useful. Please let me know if it worked well!

Cheers,
Aleksandra

Hi @YashiBisarya and welcome to the community,

Are you using any 3rd party app?

Jira out of the box has the Dashboard/gadgets functionalities with which you can see your data (almost) live with a refresh interval of 15mins. https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/what-is-a-jira-dashboard/

i have JIRA and for requirement i am using RTM by deviniti.
imported items are added in JIRA as issue which i changed to system requirement (field recognized by RTM). But i don't see an option to add it in RTM.
