Hi, @Eliana Payba. Welcome to the community 👋

Timesheet Reports & Gadgets is also available for Atlassian Cloud.  But so is Timesheets by Tempo, its more powerful sibling.

You can find ALL of the products in this category with this Atlassian Marketplace search:

Note:  Off the bottom of the screen on the left had side (I.e., not pictured), I selected the Category "Time Tracking"

Full disclosure:  I work for Tempo. But the search above will show you alternative products as well.

Hope this helps,

Hello, @Eliana Payba !
As an alternative to Tempo you may try add-on developed by my team - Cost Tracker for Jira Cloud. The add-on is specifically designed to generate cost and time reports of your work “done”. The ability to filter issues that you may wanna include in Report will help you to decive the user stories you want to add on report from other.

To do this you need to create JQL filter for your user story.

You can use this one to filter story issue type -  "issuetype = Story AND status not in (Done,Resolved)"

Enter the correct JQL, save and get a sample of what you filtered. IMG_0371.png

Go to the Cost Tracker app in the Time Reports tab, and click the button Generate report. Enter the name of the report, select the newly created filter, set range date and the Planned  time parameter - the total planned time to a specific user story(this parameter is optional). IMG_0375.jpeg

Hi @Eliana Payba

it all depends on your reporting needs. What type of reports do you need to generate?

We use Tempo Timesheets for Cloud at my company and it solves our needs, it’s just a matter of setup and needs.

Hi,

Depending on how you organize story and its related works most timesheet apps in the marketplace may work for you. The easiest organization is putting related tasks as subtasks of the story. Depending on your requirement, you may also prohibit logging work to story itself and you can done this by configuring workflow properties of story issue type. I'm suggesting this approach because this kind of report can be generated by most timesheet apps.

I'm suggesting you to use WorklogPRO. WorklogPRO can generate this report and other more advanced reports.

Hi @Eliana Payba

Welcome to the Community!

If you're looking for alternatives to Tempo, you might want to take a look at our Clockwork Pro

It's a great app that combines easy time tracking (you can start/stop timers by transitioning issues!) with robust timesheet and reporting capabilities. For example, a timesheet broken down by Epics looks like this:

I'm happy to give you a demo tour of our app if it sounds interesting to you - just schedule a call :)

You might also want to take a look at other timesheet-related apps in the Marketplace.

Cheers!
Wojciech
