can't generate the Test Plan Report with the Xray Reports

Dears,

     I delete the customer field "Begin Date" and "End Date" with the type "Date Time Picker" , After that , I create the new field "Begin Date" and "End Date" with the type " Date Picker", and re-index, then create the Test Plan ,  add the test case and execute them, but can't generate the Test Plan Report with the Xray Reports, and it will show the message " Error retrieving data from server". Please help me how to resolve it ? Thanks a lot.
