can not activate jira subversion plugin

Hi,

i get the following error when I try to activate the Jira Subversion Plugin. I ve downloaded it and the imported the jar via plugin manager. the times just running down and then I get the error:

what can I do? I found the
subversion ALM plugin, which can be installed without problems, but I would like to use the Jira Subversion plugin as I always did....
