We run both Server + Cloud projects, and want to integrate with MS Teams. Are these integrations (both for Server and Cloud) depending on incoming webhooks in Teams?

Hi @Jelmer Koekkoek ,

Some integrations have Jira App that receives webhook or events, but the end-users can only select the events and filters they care about and the destination where to get the notifications.

Hi Jelmer,

In addition to webhooks you can also have the Jira MS Teams app.  This works for both cloud and Server/Data Center.  We have it setup for Data Center.
