Our company currently holds a license for Zephyr for JIRA on our Cloud based JIRA. We are no longer using it there & want to transfer that license to our onPrem JIRA for use by another department. Can the Zephyr license be uninstalled & transferred from Cloud based to onPrem based JIRA? Our onPrem is currently only using the trial license. Or will a new license for onPrem be required to be purchased?
