ZIssue object's properties are not synchronized with linked Jira issue

Hi,

We're using zAgileConnect to integrate Salesforce case and Jira issue. In the case detail, we can see the linked Jira issue displaying zIssue object's properties (JIRA Key, Status, Assignee...). However, these properties are not displayed properly there until we click "Refresh" icon to have the info updated.correctly.

The question is how could we have the info of all linked Jira issues updated properly? Since we can not go to every single case detail to perform manually refresh for each like this.

Hi Thanh, Are you hitting refresh in Salesforce or JIRA? Sorry, your question was not clear. And by refresh are you referring to the browser refresh?

I meant the Refresh button inside the related JIRA section of Salesforce case as below screen
