We are currently using Zephyr as our test management tool we are planning to migrate our tests to Xray so when looking at Xray documentations I found that there is an importer option provided but when navigating to Xray menu I couldn't find that importer option there even it is not visible to the administrator as well. At the moment we are using a trial version. What can be the cause for this?
You would need the make bulk changes from global permission. You should ask your Jira administrator to grant you this permission.
