Xray test importer is not visible

We are currently using Zephyr as our test management tool we are planning to migrate our tests to Xray so when looking at Xray documentations I found that there is an importer option provided but when navigating to Xray menu I couldn't find that importer option there even it is not visible to the administrator as well. At the moment we are using a trial version. What can be the cause for this?

Hi @Ravindu Athukorala 

You would need the make bulk changes from global permission. You should ask your Jira administrator to grant you this permission.

Test Case Importer is not yet available in Xray Cloud but will be soon. We expect to deliver it in early September.
