We are using Xray Test Management App in our Jira Cloud instance and recently we started to have some problems with the document generator. Some of our templates resulted in errors and re-creating them caused the document generator to be stuck on 5%.
I tried to signup directly to the service desk at but it does not allow me to sign up: https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk/customer/portal/2/user/login?destination=portal%2F2
