Xray Support

Hi,

Does anyone know how to report an Xray problem?

I'm trying to report using this URL:

Log in - Service project (getxray.app)

But since I'm having a problem with the login (I try to create one but it says that it already exists. I try to reset it... but it seems that the reset is not working), I can't find another way to report.

In general, I think you are in the right place.

I would try the Contact Form here:

Its Feb 27th. 2023 and the same issue seems to be happening to me too. I cannot login or reset my password so I used the contact-us link provided.

As of yet, I did not hear back from XRay so I can't tell you if this alternative method of contact works or not. But just wanted to let others know that we are having login issues too.

I received one email from the local support the day after.
