Xray Error rendering Web Panel

Hello,

Whenever I try to enter Xray settings menu, I get the following error message.

 

Error rendering Web Panel

The Xray health check has detected errors upon installation. Please contact your Jira administrator.

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xray, but had the same result.

What should I try to do?

Hi everyone, we had some periods of instability during the last 12h that caused some downtime on Xray Cloud but this incident has been resolved.

I am still getting the message 'Error rendering web panel' whenever I try to enter Xray test cases.

Last time, we got the same message.

We just wait couple of hours and the services come back without intervention.

That error may happen on some circumstances due to network timeouts; reinstalling the app should solve your problem.

I get the same error. Even when I deinstall the app. I think it's not an network issue. Kind regards, Tom

working again, we did nothing on our side. I guess some XRAY connection died on the cloud ? :-)
