Whenever I try to enter Xray settings menu, I get the following error message.
Error rendering Web Panel
The Xray health check has detected errors upon installation. Please contact your Jira administrator.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xray, but had the same result.
What should I try to do?
Hi everyone, we had some periods of instability during the last 12h that caused some downtime on Xray Cloud but this incident has been resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.
That error may happen on some circumstances due to network timeouts; reinstalling the app should solve your problem.
