Xray Error rendering Web Panel

Hello,

Whenever I try to enter Xray settings menu, I get the following error message.

 

Error rendering Web Panel

The Xray health check has detected errors upon installation. Please contact your Jira administrator.

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Xray, but had the same result.

What should I try to do?

Last time, we got the same message.

We just wait couple of hours and the services come back without intervention.

It works for us by going to Jira Apps management - XRAY - Health Check and clicking on "Reinstall Xray" button.

That error may happen on some circumstances due to network timeouts; reinstalling the app should solve your problem.

We were able to solve the same issue by going to JIra Apps management - XRAY - Health Check and clicking on "Reinstall Xray" button
