In XRay we have created a Test Type but the new Test Type is not available to select from the tests.
Creation was as per these instructions: (https://docs.getxray.app/display/XRAYCLOUD/Global+Settings%3A+Test+Types)
Is there something else we need to do to make it available?
If the new Test Type you created in XRay for Jira Cloud is not appearing, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
Check Creation Success: Ensure the Test Type was successfully created without errors and saved properly.
Permissions Review: Verify that you have the necessary permissions to view and use the Test Type. Adjust permissions if needed. (There are no restrictions set on the Test Type that prevent it from being used or seen by your user role)
Integration Settings: Confirm the integration between XRay and Jira Cloud is correctly configured.
Browser Cache: Clear your browser's cache or try accessing the platform using a different browser or incognito mode.
Platform Updates: Look for any ongoing updates or incidents with XRay or Jira Cloud that might be affecting feature availability.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to XRay Support with details of your issue, including steps taken and any errors noticed.
