hi Atlassian Team
Without Greenhopper plugin, can we not import data from one instance to another instance of Jira?
Thanks
Nazia
Hi Nazia,
With the latest JIRA 5.0 release candidate there is an associated GreenHopper build available. You can use that or remove GreenHopper entirely from your installed-plugins folder.
Thank you,
Nicholas Muldoon
You don't need Greenhopper for import/export. We can't be more specific than that without more detail on what you're trying to do.

Well, let me explain
We are having beta test for Jira5.0, but we need to import all data i.e. project configurations like workflows, field configurations etc... from the our Jira Prod instance(that runs Jira4.0), but we found that latest Greenhopper plugin was not available & the older one gives errors. Hence can we ignore this plugin & go ahead for the import?
Thanks
Nazia
