Why doesn't BigPicture show newly created sprints in Jira?
I created an Agile project in BigPicture and dragged the scope from my Jira project into it. The display of iterations from the Jira project is configured. However, only the sprints that existed at the time of creating the project in BigPicture are displayed on the Gantt chart; it does not show sprints created later in Jira.
Why is this happening?
How can it be fixed?
Desired outcome: When creating a new sprint in Jira, it should be reflected in BigPicture as well.
