We would like to reduce the number of users in gliffy in cloud version

Hi Team,

Currently we have 130 odd users in confluence account and the same number of users are mapped to Gliffy, but Gliffy is used by only 3 users in the team.

Can i please get a help on how to reduce/unmap the users from gliffy

Hi @Sudarshan Kumar T ,

I'm afraid that if your goal is to minimize the cost of Gliffy the only way is to ask the vendor for a promo code. App pricing is based on the number of active users in the host application, regardless of how many need, access or utilize the app.

On the other side, there are plenty of alternatives nowadays and if it's only 3 people then perhaps you can discuss options directly with them.
