WBS-Gantt-Chart does not shown subtask

otoharahiromi April 13, 2021

WBS-Gantt-Chart does not shown subtask.

I created a filter.

JQL:
project = ABCD AND assignee in (XXXXXX) ORDER BY created DESC

JQL Result: 8 issues

And I created WBS from this filter.

But WBS shown 5 issues that without subtask.

Maybe, If the parent task is not own assign ,own subtask is not shown.

Is there a workaround?

Hello, @otoharahiromi

Thank you for bringing this behavior to our attention and creating this Community Question.

Can you please confirm if the JQL Result shown the subtasks as well? This is not clear on the information provided.

Also, can you please share screenshots or a video showing the JQL Result and WBS Gantt-Chart created?

We are looking forward to hearing more from you. If you need assistance with our plugins or have any other questions, please contact us anytime at Ricksoft-Support.atlassian.net. I will be happy to help.

If the parent task is not own assign ,own subtask is not shown.

Is there a workaround?

Hello, @otoharahiromi

Thank you for providing the screenshots. Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce the issue with the information from them.

Can you please provide a new screenshot showing the JQL Filter description and the Filter result like on my screenshot below?
