Unable sync Bitbucket server to Bitbucket cloud

Dear Team,
I'm working on POC to sync the two instance one was bitbucket sever and another one is Bitbucket cloud. My team requirement is bi-directional sync. Using yaml I can able to sync from bitbucket cloud to bitbucket sever when both are in same network. Now we're using Repository Mirror Plugin for Bitbucket (Which is available in atlassian market) to sync from sever to cloud. Based on the documentation, we first tried to sync two different bitbucket server instance (which both are hosted in different remote desktop) plugin was working fine. But for server to cloud instance sync is not happing. Attached screen shot is the my inputs given in plugin.
