Timesheet and reports in Jira

Hello,

I am new to Jira and I am trying to configure the timesheet and the timesheet report, and it is one of the essential things we need to configure for our company.

But I couldnt find any info how I should configure the timesheet with an explanation of the fields because I was not actually sure of all descriptions listed for fields, and about the report How can I generate the report, any info about this subject would be helpful because I am tight on time and I need to get done with all aspects related to timesheet.

Regarding configuration, please clarify what fields do you mean? You may add 'Additional Fields' to Timesheet or Pivot reports and gadgets, to show Issue feilds.
