Tempo JIRA sync not working

Hello, I am trying to set up the Jira/Tempo sync as per this article https://help.tempo.io/planner/latest/syncing-with-jira

I have mapped the fields - see screenshot - Capture.PNG

but when I come to plan time in Tempo & sync with JIRA I get this error message 


It seems like the sync doesn't like the fields I've chosen but it's not clear from the error message. Can anyone help?

Hi @Zoe Hutchinson 

From your screenshot, it seems that your Start Date and End Date are Jira custom fields, which are not assigned to the screens used in the project(s) you are using for plans sync.

If you still have problems, please contact Tempo Support for further investigation.

Thank you! I hadn't noticed the capitalisation on Start Date, so hadn't realised it was a custom field.
