Tempo Custom Fields & Permissions Question

Hi, I am investigating some capabilities within Tempo to help us allow specific resources & their Tempo Team Owner/Manager to add/update custom field values on the "Personal Information" tab within Tempo.

 

Thus far, we can setup this up for the Individual User to be able add/edit the custom field but is there a way to give edit access to these fields to the Owner of the Tempo Team to which the user is assigned? We want the managers to be able to edit these details about their team members within the Tempo Personal Profile when necessary.
