We're using Sonar via sonarcloud.io (Sonar Cloud).

Is it known whether or not this works together with the Sonar for Bitbucket Cloud extension?

Thanks for letting me know. What I can share is that we have it in use currently, it was hard to find but once activated (which is just a single click) pretty straight forward and very easy to integrate on a per-project basis.
