Setting a portal preset value for a field times out - EasyLinks

Hey guys, 
I am trying to set up a Request Type in JSD portal. In my request type I want to add a field of type Single Issue Link Picker, which allows selection of an incident from the portal.
However, when I try to select a preset value, the screen hangs on loading and never actually goes to the preset dialog box.
