We have an integration with Salesforce in JIRA and today keep seeing this warning message:
"Session storage disabled or unavailable!
Salesforce & JIRA Cloud Connector needs access to session storage."
Has anyone run into this?
Any idea how to solve it?
This happens when a user enables "Block third-party cookies" settings in Chrome (or, I guess a similar setting in other browsers).
A possible user-side fix is to add https://sfjc.servicerocket.io to whitelist of sites allowed to use 3rd party cookies
Still having this issue? I don't have a solution but I got it today when a security guy had change my GPO settings controlling what Chrome features are enabled/disabled in an attempt to tighten security further so it might have been something similar in your case. These updates can be pushed out without you being aware.

No. I don't know why not, but it stopped as mysteriously as it started.
Thanks for the help.
