Service Desk SLAs not saving

In a service desk project I am trying to edit the project settings SLAs by changing the 'start', 'pause on' and 'stop' settings.

After making the required changes, I click save, then confirm SLA changes (pop up box 1) then confirm the changes again (pop up box 2). 

At this point it seems that the changes have been implemented. But if I navigate away and return back to SLAs, it turns out they have not.  

What possible reasons might be causing this?

I'm experiencing the same issue. I validated all the JQL queries under the goals section but that was not the issue for us.

Was a fix ever discovered?

I had the same issue. I noticed that one of the JQL queries in the goals section of my SLA was no longer valid.

Upon correcting this it saved and applied the pause I wanted.
