In a service desk project I am trying to edit the project settings SLAs by changing the 'start', 'pause on' and 'stop' settings.
After making the required changes, I click save, then confirm SLA changes (pop up box 1) then confirm the changes again (pop up box 2).
At this point it seems that the changes have been implemented. But if I navigate away and return back to SLAs, it turns out they have not.
What possible reasons might be causing this?
