Service Desk Agent - Can I set up that only 1 out of 3 agents would be able to reply to external customers?
Here Im talking about issues and 2 options: "reply internally" / "reply to customer" - this "reply to customer" I want to set up by permissions.
Possible? How? :)

You can control who can add Comments with the Permission Scheme. But you cannot control the difference between Internal or Customer.
