We installed ScriptRunner for Jira in our Jira Software (Server) instance (v7.11), and re-indexed after enabling with the trial license. However, the built-in JQL functions are not available in issue search queries.
The plugin modules show as enabled, but no joy. This is using a newly setup Dev environment.
Suggestions on what may be causing this problem?

In this case, the "problem" was self-created and had nothing to do with the plugin. Addressed the underlying problem, and all is working as expected.
