ScriptRunner Escalation Service not working (but working when run manually).

I created escalation service with JQL to delete sub-task with status closed, User ID as admin and Interval/CRON Expression as 1 min.

But its not working automatically. 

But works if run manually.

Jira version: v6.3.8

Adaptavist ScriptRunner for JIRA Standard Edition: 3.1.4

Hi Sumati.

You are on a unsupported Scriptrunner version. It is more than 2 years old at this point, and there are very few people that actually know about that version. I would heavily recommend you update to a version that has had updates, since that version carries a few bugs that have been fixed in later versions.
