Script Runner escalation service throwing timed out error

Hi I have added a escalation service to add comments for the jql query written. I am trying it for the first time and its throwing time out error. Please find the screenshot attachedescalation service.PNGIs there anything I am missing here. please help me out

Hi Vineela,

How many issues you expect the JQL to return ? 

We have a similar issue/bug in our backlog where the browser times out - SRPLAT-3. This does not mean tho that that action failed. You have to check your logs in order to make sure that there are no "real errors". 

If this is the case then can you please vote and start watching the issue so you can get updates on it's progress.
