Salesforce integration user deactivation

Hello,

I'm trying to deactivate a user from salesforce but when I freeze the user, my Jira Cloud Connector stops working. Can I remove her as an integration user if I made myself an integration user as well? or what do I need to do to remove her and don't break the program.

To help us troubleshoot, can you confirm what app/service you're using to integrate your Salesforce instance and Jira Cloud instance?
