need step by step instruction on how to set up the integration of SAP and Jira

The first step is to define what you want from an "integration".  All that word tells people is that you want some systems to talk to each other; it does not tell people what the systems should be talking about.

Once you know what they should be talking about, you can move on to defining the various actions each one should be doing (roughly, not the detail) - think IFTTT in natural language - "if someone uses Jira to comment on an issue, then copy the comment to SAP" (There's more questions about that, but we can tell you that to start doing it, "evaluate all the SAP connectors, set one up, and configure it to catch "issue commented" and pass to SAP)detail
