Restricting users for Zephyr test execution tasks

Hello,

Has anyone come across the need to prevent users from being able to delete Zephyr test execution records. I am struggling how to disable that for testers. The users do no have the delete issue permission and still the option to delete execution records is available.

Any advice is welcome.
