Resolve an issue with required Time Spent using Java Rest API

Hello everybody,

I am trying to resolve an issue using Java Rest API. I created an issue, then start its progress, then add work logs to it. However, I cannot resolve the issue.

 I tried exactly same lines with JRJC tutorial: 

https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/JRJC/pages/27164680/Tutorial

I am getting an error with message: "Time Spent is required". I tried everything to solve it in my mind bu i could not solve it. How can I solve this problem? Thanks a lot.
