Remove Xray option from Jira Service Desk

I want to remove Xray option from Jira Service Desk projects. Xray will only be used on Jira Software projects. Is this possible?

Hi Patrícia,

It's possible to do that. 

Just go to Jira Administration >> Add-ons >> Xray >> Requirement projects, and remove the Project that you do not want to have Xray. You can find more information here: https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/public/XRAY/Requirement+Projects

I can't find de option Jira Administration >> Add-ons >> Xray is this answer for JIRA Cloud?

Hi there,

Click on your Project, Click  settings, Click Settings and select Apps - when the page opens - in the left hand pane - select Manage Apps. This will display all your apps, Select the App that you want to unsubscribe.

That should work.

You can remove Xray under Connected Apps.
