Hello There, Can somebody help me with steps on how to download & integrate the QTest app in JIRA?

Welcome to the community!

You don't download stuff for Cloud systems, it's all hosted remotely.  To install an app like QTest, log into Jira as an admin, go to admin -> manage apps, and search the marketplace for it, then click "install"

When you find the app, you'll see it has links to documentation on using it - follow that for information on using it.
