Hi there.
We are trying to set up a project using the project managment template and facing some configuration issues. After a thorough search for similar cases that could help us (with little success) I'm now posting here to ask for your help and expert advice.
Question 1
In the chronogram view, is it possible to collapse the tasks inside an epic? We have a lot of tasks and using the chronogram with all those lines showing at the same tiem is confusing.
Question 2
If collapsing is not possible we are thinking of using only tasks and subtasks, considering that tasks do allow collapsing. Would it be possible to create a sub-subtask, as we need at least three hierarchical levels to model our project?
In the case none of the above if possible we'd appreciate very much any other suggestion or creative solution on how to circunvent those problems.
Thank you very much in advance.
Regards,
M
