Project export stuck at 32%. Project Configurator

In our test instance, we are trying to export a project so that we can test how import works on a different instance. Since yesterday export got stuck at 32% and time elapsed was more than 3 hours. This is our first time using this plugin and this is the test on how to use it.

We received this error now. After clicking on export, export options are pre populated and when i click next I get this.
