When following the following Timely documentation on connecting Timely with JIRA

The expected result is that the Atlassian organization account is linked to the Timely organization.
The actual result is that no accounts are linked, and Jira memories do not appear in Timely, despite the Timely addon being installed in the Jira organization correctly.
Timely support has mentioned there is a known bug about this, and it is actually on the Atlassian side. They have an open ticket with Atlassian to try resolve this issue.
Seems to be something to do with permissions around the Atlassian account's privacy around email address visibility via the Atlassian API.
Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Or is there any more information from Atlassian about this issue?
