I am using this gadget to break down issue resolutions by user. I am a Jira admin and I have created several groups. I need to take users from a group that I have defined.
However, I do not see these groups, neither in the User(s) nor in Group(s) fields below.
I do see the jira-servicedesk-users built-in group, but when I search with another term for one of my groups, noen are displayed. There seems to be a mismatch between the groups that the JEP gadget shows and the groups defined in Jira (Admin-->User Management-->Groups).
What the gadget seems to show is some Jira groups (not all) and mail groups from Exchange/Active Directory.
Can anyone shed light on this mystery? Anyone from Snapbytes (JEP vendor)? Thanks
This is an old bug in JEP that has been fixed since. It exists in 5.19.2 (my version).
I do see individual users. The problem I have is with the groups.

@Tuncay Senturk Link is OK, but you should consider adding a 'Submit a bug' request type in your service desk...
Correction: you do have it, but as the 'Get IT Help'. It seems that you forgot to rename it (and change its description and icon).

Hello Amir,
Can you see any user or group in those user/group pickers? Or just some of them are invisible?
Actually, we (Snapbytes support team) need more info, so it would be good idea to raise a ticket here, so that we can deep dive into it.
Best
