Problem configuring eclipse for atlassian plugin

Hey guys,

Two things:

* Please add 'JIRA', 'Plugins', 'plugin-development' and similar tags to the question so it is more visible to Atlassian folks watching the questions.

* Can you add -e switch to the maven command so we have more details?
